Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 26 and come enjoy a fun-filled evening at the Franklin UMC! Yes, that is the same day as the Franklin Downtown Partnership’s Harvest Festival (from 12-5p). So, go to the Harvest Festival toward the end, grab all the candy, reusable grocery bags, pens, and other things from the booths, learn about the community, then come be a part of it at the Franklin UMC. We’ll be setting up in the grassy area beside the church at 5p and serving free burgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks from 5:30-6:30p. Vegetarian options will be available. Everyone is welcome—bring your friends, family, and a lawn chair. You don’t have to be a Franklin resident. Join us, regardless of where you’re from and what your story is.
This is a great chance to connect with neighbors, relax, and celebrate community. In case of rain, the event will be canceled, so keep an eye on the forecast.
