On July 23, 2025, at 6:00 pm Rev Dr Jacob and Tricia Prewitt will be presenting to Franklin Town Council our proposal for use of Community Preservation Funds to restore and preserve the exterior historic elements of our 150+ year old building. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm in Town Council Chambers located at 355 E Central Street 2nd floor, Franklin.
Our proposal begins on Page 78 and continues until Page 101.
The 50 + pages that follow are Case Law from the Commonwealth of MA included by the Town of Franklin,
as we are submitting as a religious institution.
