2025 Lent/Easter Worship Series & Schedule

Lent is often seen as a somber and quiet season, a time for contemplation and seeking God through silence. However, many of us find music to be a valuable tool for deep reflection. This Lenten season, you are invited to embark on a musical journey of contemplation. We will listen to secular songs, explore the Psalms and scriptures together, and be reminded of God’s steadfast love. See the playlist below for a full list of songs and scripture for the series.

During worship, we will delve into the lyrics of these songs and put them in conversation with the Scriptures.

During the week, devotionals will be published on our website (franklinumc.org) as well as on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Each devotional will include a YouTube video along with questions to guide your meditation and reflection as you listen to the music.

This Lenten season, we invite you to make connections, explore the depths of your heart and soul, and let music guide you on our Lenten journey.
