BIG NEWS! We are settling into “regular hours!” The Community Closet will be open to the public on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 11a-1p. Outside of these hours, other Tuesdays will be used as an opportunity for volunteers to get caught up on the sorting of donations. Can’t make it on a Tuesday? Please note that in addition to the shopping days posted on the flyer, there will be two sorting ONLY days on July 9th and 30th. You can signup to volunteer by going to franklinumc.org/volunteer.

The Community Closet takes donations of gently used and new clothing, gently used shoes, and new socks and undergarments (with tags and in packaging).
Donations can be dropped off inside the Main Entrance of the Franklin United Methodist Church (82 W. Central Street, Franklin, MA), Monday through Friday 8a-1p (excluding holidays) and Sundays 9:30a-11a.
MEET & SERVE
Volunteering is a great way to meet others (both those who are volunteering and those who are shopping). Please note: volunteers must be able to navigate stairs as the Community Closet is in the old balcony of the church. You can signup to volunteer at franklinumc.org/volunteer. Tuesday, July 9 & 30, 11a-1p, is a day to SORT ONLY. The Community Closet will not be open for shopping on Tuesday, July 2 & 16, 2024.
