Dear friends and members of Franklin United Methodist Church,
It is with great excitement that I write to invite you to in-person outdoor worship on Sunday, May 2, at 10am. It looks like it will be a beautiful morning. Please dress for the weather. The service will be held outside behind the church. All are welcome. You’re encouraged to bring your own lawn chair or blanket to sit on. A limited number of folding chairs will be made available. The church will be open for access to the restrooms.
As a reminder, COVID protocols remain in effect. All worship participants (over age 3) must wear a mask over their nose and mouth, maintain physical distancing, sanitize hands regularly, and fill out a health questionnaire. There will be no refreshments served following worship.
For those that are unable to gather in-person or are uncomfortable doing so at this time, know that you will be able to join the gathering online. To join our worship together online, simply go to https://meet.google.com/ens-kcoq-bgg or call 1-262-885-7027, the PIN is 172 874 072#.
This coming Sunday we will be continuing our series entitled “Living Wisely and Well.” We’ll be reading Proverbs 4:1-13 and I will be reflecting on the theme “Listen to Your Elders.”
I hope you will join me (in-person outside at the church or online) for worship together! If you have any questions about our move to in-person worship and our metrics for safer gatherings or you just want to chat, please do not hesitate to call, text, or email. I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
Peace.
Jacob
