Life Together || July 23, 2020

The Christian life is meant to be lived in community, together with others. Life together has been a cornerstone of Methodism from the beginning. Reflecting on “The Nature, Design, and General Rules” of early Methodism, John Wesley described Methodists as a community “having the form and seeking the power of godliness, united in order to pray together, to receive the word of exhortation, and to watch over one another in love that they may help each other to work out their salvation.” As we seek to live life together–regularly checking-in, praying with one another, and wrestling with Scripture together, we hope to strengthen each other’s faith and live into Wesley’s description of what it means to be a Methodist.

You’re invited to join us for a time of checking-in and wrestling with Scripture: a time for us to discover life and live it together. Here is when we will be gathering this week:

Thursday, July 23, at 7:30 pm

NOTE: there will be no gathering on Tuesday, July 21.

You can join our gathering virtually through Google Meet by clicking this link (https://meet.google.com/txp-ndfa-ivu) or by calling 1-440-467-1448, the PIN is 220 679 745#.
